Jamison Gavin Receives UCF 30 Under 30 Award

Innovative millennial creates 150 jobs in a unique way.

ORLANDO, Fla., June 18, 2018 ( - Jamison F. Gavin receives the University of Central Florida (UCF) 30 Under 30 Award for building a seven-figure company before the age of 30.Gavin, a 2011 UCF graduate and a 2007 Lakeside High School (Decatur, Georgia) graduate, is a former member of the UCF men’s soccer team and went on to build Premium Trash Services, a seven-figure enterprise employing m

ore than 150 people nationwide. He focused on developing and providing jobs for the underserved homeless. Now, he is a partner at WellKept, an organization that provides doorstep valet trash and recycling services nationwide for multifamily communities.

Over the years, Gavin’s work has been acclaimed by the Black Business Investment Fund, the National Apartment Association and the South Florida Apartment Association.“This year’s 30 under 30 class is a group of trailblazing young alumni who have made an impact within their professions, communities, and this university in the early stages of their careers. The record-breaking accomplishments of this group are inspiring, and they rank as the best of the best from UCF’s accomplished young alumni base” says Mike Kilbride ’12, chair of UCF’s Young Alumni Council.

Jamison Gavin currently resides in Florida with his wife and business partner, Courtney who is a 2012 UCF graduate. They have a son, Xándèr.
